EXTENDED WARRANTY

Extended Warranty is never a bargain. Any modern appliance built today (or automobiles) will last long enough for you to get your money’s worth. Most appliances (or autos) will break down during it’s warranty period; this is called “infant mortality”, and will be covered by manufacturer warranty. Further, and increasingly, the unit will fail more and more at the end of its life span. So let E-Warranty takes care of it.

RP plans are available for 1+1 year and 2 + 1 year

RP is One to One replacement when the products breaks down on the 2nd year or 3rd year upon the expiry of manufacturer warranty

We have more than 250 ASC throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak.

Normally within 24-48 hours from the receipt of official complaint.

You may refer to your reseller / dealer whom you purchased your product from.

Yes, he/she may as long as the details of the customer including the products are accurate.

It is only applicable to most branded provided in the list.

Name, I/C no. address, postcode, Mobile no, product brand, model, serial no. Date of Purchase & warranty plan.

Yes, a copy of Confirmation of submission can be printed from our online registration system by our authorized resellers.An e certificate will be send via email to customer

Manufacturer warranty + EWP: 1 + 1, 1+2, 1+ 3, 1+4, 2+1, 2+3 & 3+2.

The replacement of product is based on Brand, size & like for like basis.

Not applicable for cash & carry products. It must be above 32” TV, washing machine / dryer, refrigerators / freezer, air-conditioning, hood and hob or equivalent.

Yes, the replacement cost will be the balancing amount from the Sum Insured of the product.

A copy of Terms and Conditions can be obtained from our authorized resellers.

Yes, it is transferable but customer must write in to inform us the new owner details.

No, it does not cover natural disaster, accidental damage & theft. This is covered under All Risk insurance.

The minimum dead pixels must not be below 8 dots.

Yes, it covers LED / LCD / Plasma panel.

It covers the similar warranty to manufacturer’s warranty (mirror coverage)- Refer Terms and Conditions.

I must purchase the EWP at the time I purchase the Electrical product.
